The Sound Recording Special Payments Fund is thrilled to announce the launch of our new Go Paperless Initiative! Starting now, you can enroll to go paperless, beginning with our Main-Annual Distribution on August 1, 2025.

This initiative marks an exciting step forward in our commitment to sustainability and efficiency. By transitioning to paperless, we aim to significantly reduce our paper consumption and streamline our operations.

What does this mean for you?

You will have the option to start receiving important communications, statements, and tax documents electronically, right to your secure online member portal. This not only helps the environment but also has the following benefits:

  • More Security: Reduce the risk of identity theft from lost or stolen mail. Your Direct Deposit vouchers, Statements and Tax Documents will be delivered to your secure member portal, which only you can access.
  • Convenient and Dependable: Direct deposited funds are available immediately while paper checks could be lost in the mail or delivered to your old address if you move and forget to update your new address with the Fund.
  • Reduce Clutter: Going paperless means you will have less paper to manage.
  • Saves Costs: Going paperless lowers the Fund's expenses.
